                        Egg Nog Cheese Cake w/Gingersnap Crust

12 oz. Gingersnaps,finely ground

1/4 c. sugar

1/4 c. melted butter

32 oz. cream cheese

4 large eggs

2 c. Christiansen,s Egg Nog

2 c. powdered sugar

2 tbls. ll purpose flour

1 cup whipping cream

garnish w/ nutmeg

Stir together first 3 ingredients press onto bottomof 10 inch sprinhform pan


Beat cream cheese at med. speed with electric mixer until smooth; add eggs,, 1 at a time, beating until blended after each egg added. Add 1 1/2 and beat until blrnded. Fold in 2 c. powderedsugar and2 tbls. flour, carefully por cream cheesemixyure into prpared pan.Bake @ 350 for 1 hr.Turn off oven.let cheese cake stand w/ door closed.

Remove to wire rack, and cool  completely

 Cover and chill 8 hours.

Beat fresh Christiansen's Heavy Cream on high until whipped, fold in 1/2 c. Christiansen's Egg Nog.
